The DSP blender belongs to the manual (submersible) type. During operation, you immerse the working part of the blender (the blender leg with a knife or a whisk) in a container with food. It is portable and easy to manipulate. The hand blender is smaller and lighter than a hand mixer, as well as more functional than its stationary counterparts.

Three working surfaces are attached to the bottom of the DSP hand blender: a blender nozzle for mixing and grinding; a whisk intended for whipping liquid mixtures; chopper with a steel two-blade knife and a lid, for grinding solid products. The plastic “skirt” of the blender nozzle protects the knife from hitting the edges of the dishes.
The DSP blender comes with a practical accessory holder that attaches to the chopper bowl. It conveniently houses a blender handle with an electric motor, a blender nozzle and a whisk. In this position, the blender is ready for storage. The holder, blender nozzles and chopper bowl are dishwasher safe.
